When and how long is the Park open?
The Park opens on the 1st March and closes on the 31st October.

Can I live in my Caravan?

As Sunnyside Caravan Park is a Holiday Park you need to have a permanent residence in the U.K. You can use your Caravan at any time during the Season.
Can I sub let my Caravan?

No. Sub Letting is not allowed through the Park Rules but friends & family can use the Caravan for up to 6 weeks in a season.
Are pets allowed on the Park?

You can have one cat or dog per Caravan. On the Park dogs must be on a lead at all times.

How much is your Site Licence?

The Site Licence for 2010 is £1478.

Are there any other costs?
Water is included in the Site Licence, Gas is sold by the bottle and Electricity is metered. All Caravans must be insured and our New Caravans come with FREE insurance until 31th October 2010.
When is your Office Open?

Our Office is open every day from 10am - 12pm except Thursday when the Office is closed ALL Day. Saturday the Office is also open from 2pm - 4pm.
How long can I keep my Caravan on the Park?
Caravans may stay on the park up to 15 years from the year of manufacture.
Can I bring my tent or touring caravan?

No. Sunnyside Caravan Park has only Static Caravans.

Are there telephone lines to the Caravans?

No.

Are the Caravans connected to services?

All Caravans are connected to mains electric and sewerage services.
